COUNCILLOR DAVID BILL MAKES APOLOGY TO THE HEART OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY
Following an article which appeared on the front page of the Hinckley Times on the 20th January 2016 quoting Councillor David Bill regarding the Heart of England Co-operative Society, an apology was published on the 22nd December 2016.
