Design a Christmas card for Heart of England Co-operative Society

DESIGN A CHRISTMAS CARD FOR
HEART OF ENGLAND CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY

Monday, October 8, 2018

With Christmas now fast approaching, the Heart of England Co-operative is once again launching its annual challenge to local children aged between 8 and 11 to come up with an attractive and original design for the Society’s 2018 Christmas card.

The theme this year is ‘What Christmas Means to You’ and we are looking for imaginative interpretations on this theme.

The competition carries a prize of £500 for the winning school and £250 for each of the two runner-up schools, plus cinema tickets to the value of £50 for the winning pupil and £30 for the two runners-up.

This is the 19th year the Society has run the competition. It has been made possible through our unique Helping Hearts Awards scheme which provides financial support to worthwhile causes throughout the region.

Since its launch in 2000, the event has been a huge success, attracting hundreds of entries each year.

The deadline for entries is November 14th 2018. These will be judged by a high-profile panel comprising local dignitaries and well known personalities from Coventry and Warwickshire.

Once selected, the winning entry will be reproduced, printed and sent out by the Heart of England Co-operative Society throughout the region. In addition, the winning card and runner-up entries will be featured in the press.
