How to apply

To become a new member of the Society you need to complete an application form and pay £1. You must be over the age of 16 and use our stores and services. You can either pick up an application form from any of our stores or download an application form from this page. Once completed either hand the form into one of our stores or send to our Head Office: Heart of England Co-operative Society Ltd, Member Services, Whittle House, Foleshill Enterprise Park, Courtaulds Way, Coventry, CV6 5NX.
